Communications Performance Measurement
Traffyk provides an independent, data-driven perspective on your workforce communications. Unlike platforms that both send and measure messages—potentially creating biased insights on performance—we offer objective analysis and recommendations. Up to half of workers report their productivity being affected by ineffective communication, and this is what Traffyk takes aim at. Our approach moves beyond the "more is better" mindset, assembling data-backed insight on what will work.

Our Team
Traffyk was founded by CEO Kate Abrahams and CPO Alex Manchester, both accomplished in the communications industry for large multinational organisations, giving them expert insight into the challenges of corporate affairs teams.
Kate Abrahams
As an accomplished senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience leading communications teams at large, listed companies, Kate has always had a uniquely analytical approach to communications. Her background in applied finance and investment banking instilled a deep appreciation for metrics and data-driven decision-making - a perspective that has proven transformative in spurring her to co-found Traffyk. Throughout her career advising CEOs and leaders of large, complex businesses, Kate identified a persistent issue – organisations, whether listed, private or public, commit significant resources to communicating with their workforces but lack accurate data to measure its effectiveness. Determined to address the problem, Kate combined her experience building bespoke CRM systems, programs and intranets from within large organisations with her deep credentials in finance, corporate affairs and business development to develop Traffyk - a groundbreaking Communications Performance Platform. Traffyk uses machine learning and AI to help organisations understand what works, what doesn't, and why - and provides actionable insights and recommendations to enable continuous improvements. Kate aims to revolutionise workplace communications practice and results, benefiting everyone in the corporate ecosystem. Her platform brings scientific rigor to an area that has traditionally relied heavily on intuition, addressing the ubiquitous problem of 'poor comms' that plagues so many business failures
